Leadership Coaching

My coaching services are focused on providing one-to-one targeted coaching support for Senior Leaders and Executives charged with leading organizations. My approach centers on building capacity from the inside out, focused on identifying blind spots, building situational awareness, and changing behaviors that catalyze new actions and outcomes.

Equity-Focused Leadership Development

We are leading in complex systems where there are no simple answers and no one person has the answer. Leaders must be equipped to create conditions for collective sensemaking that disrupts inequitable conditions and provide opportunities to design spaces of belonging and inclusiveness. I facilitate a series of interactive workshops for systems leaders focused on building equity consciousness, cultivating situational awareness, and creating conditions for collective action.

As individuals develop, organizations thrive. The essence of being an effective leader lies in the ability to be self-aware and inspiring others toward action. I offer a series of workshops to support current and aspiring leaders to learn essential skills to meet both practical organizational needs and people’s personal needs.
